FAQ - How Do I View AR Check Images in the Homeowner Balance Drawer?

If using bank integration, you are able to see any available check images from the homeowner balance drawer.

1. Navigate to the homeowner unit list (Accounting > Receivables > Homeowners) and search for the unit.
2. Click on the unit to open the homeowner drawer. Click on the Balance Tile to see homeowner ledger.
3. If the check image is available, you'll see a hyperlink for the Ref # that you can click on and view the check image.
