Following is the process for importing an Association's tags into the Offline Application, which can then be used as a filter option for unit visibility based on the selected tags.
- As a violation processor, to access your association via the offline application, download the Smartwebs Offline App to your device and log in.
- Note: The initial login will require you to enter your username and password, which are the same credentials used for the Smartwebs Office site. After the initial login, your credentials will be saved for future use.
- Initiate the Tags download settings:
Once in the Offline Application
- Select the three horizontal lines in the upper left hand corner of the screen.
- Click on "Settings" of the next page.
- Click the switch titled "Download units based on tags" on the next page.
- Download Association and desired association Tags:
Once the Tags download settings have been configured, select the three horizontal lines in the upper left hand corner and then "My Associations" to return to the Association download page.
- Download the desired association by selecting the Blue down arrow to the left of the community row.
- You will then be redirected to the "Download Units by Tag" page to select the desired tags you wish to filter your drive by.
- At the top of the page, you can choose to Save your current selections to your device. You can also choose to only show unit based tags.
- Save
- Begin Violation Drive: Map View
Once your desired association Tags have been selected and saved, you will be redirected back to the association download page where you can now click on the association row to begin your drive.
- Click an association row.
- Note: You will also see a 24-hour countdown clock. Your drive must be completed and uploaded within 24 hours, or the violation data in this application will become stale.
- Once in your association's Map view (default), units that have the selected Tags will be the only ones visible.
- Violation Drive: Address List
You can also conduct a violation drive based on tags via the 'Address List" view.
- Select the three horizontal lines in the upper left hand corner of the screen.
- Click on "Address List" of the next page.
- Conduct a violation drive via the Address List view. The units that are visible in this view will also be based on any selected Tags.
- Upload Violation Data Once Drive is Complete:
You you complete your violation drive, you must upload you violation data so it can be imported into your site.
- Make sure you are in a location with a good Wi-Fi signal.
- Select the three horizontal lines in the upper left hand corner of the screen.
- Select "My Associations" to get back to the association download/upload page.
- Select the Green up arrow to upload your drive data to your Smartwebs site.
Note: Make sure that the process outlined is fully completed within 24hrs of the initial association download (reference section #3) or your violation data will go stale.
