User Guide for Residents navigating Smartwebs Resident Portal, including: Logging in Sending Messages Submitting Architectural Project Applications Viewing Pending Requests Viewing Violation Activity on Your Unit Responding to Community Staff
1. Resident Portal Navigation
To access the Resident Portal Login, go to this link: https://resident.smartwebs.net/#/login
You’ll be able to access the Resident Portal with your Username and Password, and clicking Login:
2. Resident Portal Dashboard
After logging in, you’ll be taken to the Resident Portal Dashboard, or your Home Screen where you can:
• Send messages to Management and your Association
• Access different Associations you’re linked to * If you have multiple properties across different associations, you can easily view them from the Association Dropdown menu
• Send in ARC/Project requests
• Leave comments and view Statuses of:
* ARC Projects
* Violations
* Work Orders
• View Association Documents
3. Sending Messages
At the top right-hand corner, you can click on , to create a new message.
A New Message screen will appear. You can type out your question or comment, and select the
type/category your inquiry falls under. Once you’ve typed out your message, and selected Type, press Send.
You’ll be notified of a new message. You can view any new messages at the top of the
Dashboard. You can also view older messages by clicking on at the top right-hand corner of
the page next to New Message.
5. Submitting an Arc Request
You can submit your project request in the Resident Portal. To start your new request, go to Quick Actions > Online Submit Form.
Quick Actions section of the Dashboard, and click on the form.
After selecting the ARC Online Form under Quick Actions, you’ll be able to fill in the form and
submit your request.
6. Checking the Status of your Arc Request
You can easily view the status of your ARC request by clicking on the Architechtural tab in the Dashboard.
You can select a certain project you would like to view the status/progress.
You can:
• Leave and view messages from board members
• View the status of their projects
• Upload documents
7. View Your Violations
You will be able to see your outstanding, and previous violations, by clicking Violations in
the Dashboard.
You can:
• See and leave notes on the violation
• Upload documents
• View the violation letter, and details
