User Guide - Edit User Role

This guide will review how to change a user role for their existing association in Smartwebs

Navigation

To get to the association user management go to the Settings Wheel > Manage > Association > Association Users

Step 1

Select the user from the list to bring up the editing window

Step 2

In the new window, scroll down or select the "Associations" button, this will bring you to the user's associations

Step 3

Select the dropdown next to the association you want to edit the user's role for and pick the role type from the list.

Step 4

Select "Save" in the top right of the user window and if it has saved as intended you will see two popups:

  • One of them will confirm that the user has been saved, the other will confirm that the user management page has refreshed correctly to reflect the new user changes.
