User Guide: Communication Campaigns

Smartwebs now enables mass Communication Campaigns to be scheduled, edited, sent, and tracked via email, text, voice, and in-app messaging. These campaigns can be delivered to all or selected HOA and resident groups, providing streamlined and flexible options for bulk communications.

Smartwebs Communications Campaigns

1. Navigate to an Association > Communications

2. Select It’s a Mass Communication

3. Select and Edit a Template or create a new message, with an option to send a copy to SenderPicture3.png

 
4. Choose whether to send now or Delay Send (schedule) the message

5. Select the type/s of campaign (communication) you wish to send, from email, text, voice, and in-app messaging. 
 

PLEASE NOTE: Per contract terms, Data Fees to send Text or Voice Messages from Smartwebs are $0.07 per Voice Message and $0.05 per Text Message. Fees will be itemized per Association. There are no fees to send Emails or in-app messages through Smartwebs.

6. To View, Edit, and Cancel drafted or scheduled campaigns before they are sent, Save as a Draft or Schedule2b.png

 
7. View the history of Sent campaigns sent in the Overview Drawer

8. Resend communications showing unread by users

9. Track the Campaigns queued via a new In Progress status within the Campaigns overview drawer

10. View detailed information of Campaigns at the Unit level to view which owner/unit received the Campaign, by clicking on the link in Campaign Overview > Units column

11. Export the Communication History of all or selected campaign types
