User Guide - Arc Portal App

This quick guide will guide you on navigating through the mobile app, through a committee view.

Step 1: 

Please download the app, Smartwebs Portal. 

 

 

Step 2: 

Once the app is installed, please use your committee credentials to log in.

Step 3: 

Please select your HOA from the list of HOAs.

Step 4: 

Click on the architectural module, with the hammer.

Step 5: 

Select the project that you will be casting your vote from the list of projects.

Step 6: 

Once you select the project you will see the following options on the bottom of the screen.

* Details: This will display any details about the project.

Documents: This will provide you with a list of documents you may want to review, such as pictures, the ARC application, and any other documents uploaded for you to review. 

 * Status: This will provide you with the status of the project, this should show as not voted this will change once management changes the status based on the votes. 

Forum: This will provide you with the project notes from either the management or the Homeowner (HO) if any have been added through the project update link for the HO. If notes have been added by management or committee members they will be added through the forum.            
           * This is also where you will cast your vote, after you cast your vote please save the changes. 

CC&R's: This section will show any CCRs if any are associated with this project.

 

Step 7: 

If you need to do this for more than one project do steps 2-6.
