User Guide - Arc Expirations
This guide reviews how to edit the Expiration timeline and email notices for projects in the ARC module.
Navigation
To view the expirations settings in the arc module, go to ARC > More > Expirations
Project Expirations
This is where you define how many Days until projects expire, aka how long committee members have to vote.
- This only applies to projects with the status "Not Voted" and will only affect newly created projects, existing projects will not be affected by changing this timeline.
Expiration Reminder Emails
Here you can adjust the Project Expiration Reminder Emails sent to committee members to remind them to vote on projects.
- These expirations are typically sent at 10, 5, and 1 day before the project expires, however, they can be adjusted.
- NOTE: You can only have 3 email reminders set for committee members
Deleting an Expiration Notice:
To replace or remove an expiration timeline you will have to select "Delete" next to an existing expiration
Adding an Expiration Notice:
To add a new Project Expiration notice you must have an open slot available to add. If you have three notices already, you must delete one first before adding a new one.
Step 1:
Select "Add"
Step 2:
In the popup, type in the number of days before the project expires you would like to send the email reminder for
Press "Save" when done.
Step 3:
To confirm that the expiration has been added, it will now appear in in the reminders area along with the other reminders that have been set.
Saving should take you right back to this area.
