User Guide - Applying Tags
This guide will review how to apply tags to a unit or homeowner in the Communications module
Navigation
Go to the communications list, or unit list by going to the Settings Wheel > Manage > Units > List
Step 1 - Find the Unit/Homeowner
From the unit list, select the line of the homeowner or unit you want to apply the tag to, this should bring up the unit's view that provides all of the unit and homeowner information.
Step 2 - Applying the Tags
In the unit/owner preview, select the "Tags..." button to bring up the available tag options
- If there are tags already applied to the unit, they will also show in the top right next to the tags button.
Step 3 - Applying the Tags
Select the orange "+" symbol next to the tag you want to add and it will move it to the active assigned tags on the right side
Step 4 - Save
Save your changes by selecting the blue "Save" button in the top right of that window
Confirmation
After you save it will automatically take you back to the unit view and you will be able to see the icon was applied in the top right next to the "Tags..." button.
