What's New?
Passwords are now case sensitive. This enhancement improves overall account security by requiring that uppercase and lowercase characters in passwords be entered exactly as originally set.
What Should I Expect?
This change does not alter existing passwords or password requirements. However, users may encounter login issues if they previously relied on case-insensitive entry, as the system previously ignored letter casing.
How Do I Support It?
If a user is unable to log in due to incorrect password attempts or becomes locked out, authorized Management roles (Global Admin and others with password reset permissions) can send a Reset Password link. To do so, navigate to:
Manage > Company > User Management > [User Drawer]
