User Guide - Schedule a Work Order

If you have routine tasks, like pool cleaning or monthly maintenance, you can set them up to happen automatically.

How it Works

  1. Define the schedule: When creating or editing a work order, choose how often you want it to happen
  2. Auto-Generate: Once the schedule is saved, the system will automatically create a new work order based on that frequency. You don't have to manually create the task each time!

When to Schedule

You have two simple options for setting the recurrence:

  • When you first create a brand-new work order.
  • By editing an existing work order.

Editing a Work Order Schedule

To change when a work order repeats:

    1. Open the Work Order: Find the work order you want to change.
    2. Click the Edit Icon: Look for the yellow pencil icon in the work order details—this is where you edit the schedule.
    3. Define the Recurrence:
  1. Set the Pattern: Decide how often the work order should be created (e.g., weekly, monthly).
  2. Set the Range: Choose how long you want this schedule to keep running (e.g., end after 10 occurrences or on a specific date).
  1. Save Changes: Click the Save button when you're done.
