Collections - Zero Touch Mail Service

Collections mail can now be sent through Smartwebs' Zero Touch Mail service, in addition to statements and violations mail.

To add this service to your account, contact your Client Success Specialist or support@smartwebs.com.

Reports – Budget Worksheet

A new Budget Worksheet report is available to help clients prepare budgets for the upcoming fiscal year.

The report includes current-year financial data and data from the preceding two years, allowing users to efficiently review budget trends across fiscal years.

Violations

Violations Mail – Administrative Fee

Clients using the MAX platform (Accounting features) and Auto Fine Posting, can now configure an Administrative Fee to be posted to an owner's account when mailing violations, allowing clients to recover mailing costs.

Separate fees can be configured for Certified Mail and/or First-Class Mail.

Policies – Letter Not Required

Policy functionality has been enhanced to allow clients to configure a stage without requiring a letter.

This option is particularly useful for managing compliance requirements in states where per-unit fine limits apply.

Lifestyle

We've made various enhancements to our Lifestyle add-on, which offers customizable community websites. Updates include:

• Form Builder: Create customized forms to be displayed and submitted through your community website.
• Event Booking: Enhanced event booking management functionality.
• Community Posts: Expanded use cases and improved performance.
• Additional Updates: Various fixes and enhancements.
