Accounting 

Reports

Enhanced filters in the Receipt Statement Report, Delinquent Summary Report, and Prepaid Summary Report, by Group of Tags. 

Batch Reversals

Added the ability to batch Reverse or Void Charges, Credits, Deposits, and Payments at the Association level.

Recurring Charges

Improved the user experience for configuring Recurring Charges.

Accounts Payable: Vendor Payout 

Beta rollout of a new product offering which integrates with our Accounts Payable partner, Payabli, to enable vendor remittance of approved AP invoices. For more information about this feature, please contact support@smartwebs.com.

Vendor Management

Enhanced the Vendor Management grid with standard phone number formatting, improved field validation, and the ability to export vendor lists.

Communications

Limited reCAPTCHA prompts for users already securely logged in to the Smartwebs office site, while maintaining all security protocols.
