Administrative

Owner/Unit Management

The Primary Owner in a Smartwebs account may now send invitations to Other Owners of their unit enabling them to log in via the Resident Portal.

Accounting

Resident Payments: Pay My Balance

This feature enables Residents to schedule Full Balance payments, or to schedule a Balance Payment if the balance does not exceed their designated maximum limit.

First, Global Admin must enable this option for at the Association level in Accounting > Settings > General Options.

After it is enabled, when the Resident logs into the portal to make or schedule a payment, and selects Auto Pay: 

The user will have the option to schedule a recurring payment for their Full Balance amount, or schedule a Balance Payment if the balance does not exceed a designated maximum limit.

Journal Entries

Enhanced the General Ledger > Journal Entry screen to include Fund, Created By and Created Date fields.

Subledger Paramaters

Added Parameters to support displaying Subledger Account Balances within letter template workflows.

Banking Settings 

Added validation rules to the Lockbox ID input in Banking settings to prevent errors.

Lifestyle

Further Enhancements to Smartwebs' newest Lifestyle > My Community product, offering customizeable community websites.
