Accounting

Check Register Report Enhancements

New options, Show All Payment Types and Show Voided Payments, have been added to the Check Register Report.

Accrual & Cash Journal Entries

Journal Entries now allow users to post Accrual & Cash entries in a single action.

Lockbox ID Parameter in Workflow 

The Lockbox ID parameter is now available in Workflows for use in communication templates.

Violations

Cure Period Logic  

Cure Period behavior has been enhanced to ensure consistent logic across all areas where the Cure Period is displayed or tracked. Dates are now synchronized across Letters, Reports, and Dashboards.

The Cure Period continues to begin the day after the Create Date, based on Global Admin defaults. If the Cure Period is updated at the Violation level, it now accurately updates across all areas, including recalculations during the Recreate action.

Deleted Violations 

Deleted Violation Stages are once again visible in the unit drawer Violation history.

Violation Counters 

Logic and performance have been improved for Violation counters across all statuses and states, including: Open, On Hold, Closed, In Progress, In Cure, Must Fix, Queued, To Print, and Printed.

Counts are now accurate in all scenarios, including when violations are removed from On Hold or reopened from Closed.

Communications

Owner Created Date

Users can now filter the Communications grid by Owner Created Date to efficiently identify new residents for Welcome packets.

Font Size Variations 

The Editor now supports customization of font variations.

Resale Certificates 

Shopping Cart

The Shopping Cart in the Resale Certificates module has been enhanced for a more intuitive user experience.
