What's new in Smartwebs

Communications

  • Mass Communication – Building upon the Mass Communications feature released last month, within this enhancement Management users can:
    • Schedule the delayed send of an email, text, or voice campaign in the Communications module.
    • View, edit, and cancel campaigns drafted or scheduled, before sending.
    • View the history of sent campaigns sent in the Overview Drawer.
    • Resend communications showing unread by users.
    • Track the Campaigns they send or have queued to send, via a new In Progress status within the Campaigns overview drawer.
    • View detailed information of Campaigns at the Unit level to view which owner/unit received the Campaign, by clicking on the link in Campaign Overview > Units column.
    • Export the communication history of all campaign types.

Administrative

  • Unit Search - Enhanced the Quick Search and Advanced Search functionality to include:
    • Quick Search: Account Number
    • Advanced Search: current or prior Account Number
    • Advanced Search: Section, Lot, Block, and Building
  • Homeowner/Unit Drawer - Added Prior Account Number within the Unit Drawer and Unit Grid.

Resident Portal

  • Linked Units – Enhanced the user experience for management and residents with units across multiple communities, by displaying the Association Name beside the Unit Address in the header.

Architectural

  • Roles and Rights – Expanded the functionality of the Right that sets Projects which are in a Declined or Withdrawn status as Read Only, to include Projects in a Completed status. 

    This will prevent residents from submitting new requests via the QR code or link provided in letters, on Projects which have already been completed.

Journal Entries

  • Journal Entry Import Drawer – Added functionality allowing the user to download a template for Journal Entry imports.

  • Auto Reverse - Added the capability to auto-reverse in an existing Journal Entry, similar to the Journal Entry creation process.

Administrative 

  • Check Alignment – The check template has been redesigned and aligned with banking best practices. Enhancements include improved formatting of bank name, bank address, and payee name, including bank fraction number and invoice description.

  • Tax ID – Added a Right to allow management users with these permissions, to view the Association's Federal Tax ID.
