User Guide - Managing New Arc Approvers
This quick guide will go over how to add ARC approvers to existing ARC projects, and how to verify they are correctly added as approvers going forward for new projects.
Approver's Overview
When users are added to the site as committee members/admins, they should show as approvers automatically on new projects.
- To verify the current list of approvers, select "New Project" in the ARC module.
The top right where it states "Select Users" will show all approver users and if the user is there they are an approver.
Adding a New Approver to Existing Projects
If a committee member has been added to an association with existing projects in the review tab, and they need to cast their vote on those projects, they will need to be added manually.
Step 1
Select the existing project you want to add the approver to, then select the forum button in that popup
Step 2
In the forum tab, scroll down to the approver section, select Update
Step 3
Check off the new user in the list so it is marked blue, and then select save
Confirmation
To confirm the user was saved correctly as a user, you should see them on the project list of approvers as seen below
