Overview - Mobile Online Application
The Smartwebs Mobile Online app is available through either the Apple Store or Google Play. You may also replicate the same experience by going to mobile.smartwebs.com. The mobile app interfaces directly with our servers and will update everything live.
An important note regarding the use of the mobile app, is the time spent on the data exchange between servers, which can cause a performance strain for high volumes.
We recommend using the mobile "Offline App" for a better user experience. The offline application is especially helpful for inspection drives, since association data is already downloaded to the device, and modifications completed during the drive, are uploaded afterwards while on a stable connection.

SmartWebs has made modifications to screens and icons in various areas of SmartViolations in the Mobile application.
Log In and Menu
New Look for Log In and Menu Windows
There are changes to both the Address View and the Map View:
Address View -
- New Feature – in addition to having the option of the street list, there is a detailed Search option
A. Filter Option - There are no changes to the functionality of this screen, but there is a new look.
Map View – click on a home icon to open the new Violations Pop up Window
Violation Icons
- Once an address is selected from either the Address View or the Map View the Violations Pop up Window appears with the following New Icons:
- New (add a violation)
- Multi (add Multiple violations)
- Options
- Add/Update Status
- Add/Update Unit Notes
- New Work Order
New Feature - Details – Owner/Unit Management
- View the Owner information
- Send email
- Send Voicemail
- Send Text
- View history add Notes for the Owner

- Saving a new Violations shows the Violation level, Icons functionality has not changed.
- Close – close the Violation

- Upload a document?
- Put Violation on Hold?
- Escalate (Ignores cure)
