Managing Groups in Smartwebs
Navigate to groups by going to Accounting > Receivables >Groups
All homeowners must be assigned to a group and are only allowed to be in one group at a time.
Creating a Homeowner Group
- Click +ADD GROUP
- Enter Group name
- Select Units included in the group Use Search to find addresses or names
- SAVE
- Repeat for additional Groups
Editing a Homeowner Group
- Select Group
- Click +ADD UNIT
- A new drawer will open with all unassigned units Note: A unit can only be included in one group at a time Select the unit(s) by checking the box on the far left.
- Click SAVE
- Click SAVE again
Setting Up Recurring Charges for a Homeowner Group
- Click Options for the specific Group
- Click Setup Recurring Charges
- Enter Charge Code
- Enter Amount (optional)
- Save
- Click pencil icon to edit OR X to delete existing Charge Codes
- Click X to close the drawer when finished
- Repeat for other Groups
