Managing Groups in Smartwebs

Navigate to groups by going to Accounting > Receivables >Groups  

All homeowners must be assigned to a group and are only allowed to be in one group at a time.

Creating a Homeowner Group

  1. Click +ADD GROUP
  2. Enter Group name
  3. Select Units included in the group Use Search to find addresses or names
  4. SAVE
  5. Repeat for additional Groups

Editing a Homeowner Group

  1. Select Group
  2. Click +ADD UNIT
  3. A new drawer will open with all unassigned units Note: A unit can only be included in one group at a time Select the unit(s) by checking the box on the far left. 
  4. Click SAVE
  5. Click SAVE again

Setting Up Recurring Charges for a Homeowner Group

  1. Click Options for the specific Group
  2. Click Setup Recurring Charges
  3. Enter Charge Code
  4. Enter Amount (optional)
  5. Save
  6. Click pencil icon to edit OR X to delete existing Charge Codes
  7. Click X to close the drawer when finished
  8. Repeat for other Groups
