FAQ - How Do I add a Memo to a Credit? 

Directions for adding Memos to Credits

 

  1. Navigate to Accounting > Receivables > Charges and Credits
  2. If you haven't yet posted the Credit, click the Edit button from the Pending screen and add the desired notes:

3. If you've already posted it, you would need to Reverse or Void it, and then add a new Credit with the Memo of the reason you wish you Note.
