FAQ - How Do I Fix a Blank Income Statement Detail Report?

This article shows the user how to troubleshoot and resolve a blank income statement detail report in Smartwebs.

If you are seeing blanks in the Income Statement Detail Report, we recommend checking that the cost center(s) and the fund(s) have been selected in the configuration. 

  1. Navigate to Accounting > Reports > Management Reports
  2. Click Income Statement Detail report
  3. Click on More Options
  4. In the Cost Center field box click on the Select>click on Check All
  5. In the Fund field box click on the Select>click on the Check All
  6. Click on Preview to reload the report with the selected filters.
