Filtering Delinquent Summary by Charge Code Aging Report by Charge Code
Currently, the Delinquent Summary by Charge Code Aging Report does not support filtering by a specific charge code when a homeowner has outstanding balances on multiple charge codes. This limitation arises because homeowner details are displayed only on the first line associated with their open charge codes.
As a result, if you apply a filter for a specific charge code and that code is not the first listed for a given homeowner, the report will display a blank row where their details would normally appear.
Below is an example of how the report appears when filtered for charge codes containing the word "Admin."
Because each homeowner is displayed on a separate row for each charge code, some rows may appear with blank homeowner details.
