FAQ - Why Isn't the Map Showing All Homes?

There could be a few different reasons a home is missing from the map.
1) The home is missing from the address list. Please verify that the home is in our database.
2) Another possible reason for a missing home is that you may have moved the map position, but you may still need to hit “Get Homes” to update the homes. The screen will typically only display 30 homes at a time.
3) The home is listed in the address list, but the home doesn’t show on the map. This could be due to a couple of different reasons. The home has not been geo-coded, or it is stacked up with a group of houses or it is incorrectly placed. Feel free to send us an email if you need assistance. You may also search the support area for the article called “How do I move the location of a unit on the map?”. You can get to this by clicking on the Gear icon (in the upper right corner of the software), then click on Support. Then search for the article name.
