FAQ: Can I Update the Email Sender of One HOA in Smartwebs?
Explains how sender and reply email addresses in Smartwebs are managed globally at the Management level and how to request a global update.
The sender/return email address settings in Smartwebs are global - that is, they are governed at the Management level - and apply across all emails sent out of Smartwebs, from all modules. At this time, these settings cannot be applied at the Association or Module levels.
