FAQ - Can I change the payment method on an existing invoice?

Yes. You are able to update the payment method on any invoice as long as it has not yet been paid. Once a payment has been processed, the method can no longer be modified for that specific transaction.

  1. Go to Accouting > Payables > Invoices
  2. Select invoice to update
  3. Click pencil icon beside Payment Method.
  4. Choose correct payment method from dropdown and click file button to save.
