Configuring Yearly Income Statement – Monthly Comparison Reports

This is a Global report, however it needs to be configured per association since not every association uses the same Cost Centers and/or Funds

  1. Navigate to Accounting > Management > Reports
  2. Open the [YYYY] Income Statement – Monthly Comparison report
  3. Select the Config Icon (Upper-right corner)
  4. Open the “Grid Designer” by selecting the cog wheel icon
  5. Select the cog wheel to the right of the "Jan [YYYY]" column
  6. In the “Cost Center” section: Select all cost centers from the dropdown menu
  7. In the “Fund” section: Select all funds from the dropdown menu
  8. Repeat steps 4-7 for each month
  9. Select the green “Apply” button
  10. Select the blue “Save” button
