Arc Key Features - Build tab

This quick guide will show you how the ARC Build tab works.

Step 1: Click "Build"
In the build tab, you will see projects that are pending completion.

Step 2: Click on a project.
This will show you the status of the project and additional information about the project you are selecting.

Step 3: All projects that are pending completion are in the build tab.
If you need a project to change select the status from the drop-down menu.

Step 4: If you need to know how many days the project has to be completed.
Please hover over the build column. You see a key appear that will indicate what each color means, and how many days the project has.

Step 5: If you need to change the number of days for completion.
Click "More," this can only be done by a global admin, if you are not a global admin, please reach out to your global admin.

Step 6:  Click "Additional Settings"

Step 7: The default is set to 60 days, you can change it to however many
days your community needs this to be.
Click this text field, type in the number, and save.

Step 8: If you do not want the projects to be on pending completion, and want to remove the Build tab, Type "0," and save.

Warning: Setting the Build Completion Days to "0" will disable the Build tab and move all projects to the Completed tab. This cannot be undone. Please refresh the page to see the changes.

Step 9: If you want a specific project to have an expectation, click on exceptions

Step 10: Once you Click on Exceptions you will see the dropdown options, select the project type you want to add an exception for.

Step 11: Add the days the project must be completed, and click "Save"

Step 11: To test this out please, click on the add.
 
This will open a window as if you were creating a new project. Please do not save this test project.

Step 12: Click the "Project Name:" field and select the project that has the expectation.

Step 13: After you select the project, it should also reflect the number of days that this project should be completed, for this example was set for 2 days.
