User Guide - Arc Procedures
This guide provides an overview of the features and functionality which may be controlled and customized by Global Admin within Arc Procedures
The following categories are available for customization within Smartwebs' Architectural module > Arc Procedures:
1. Submission requirements
2. Automatically approved projects
3. Automatically declined projects
4. Deposits and fees
5. Notes
This information can act as a quick reference for architectural board/committee members during review, discussion, and voting for a project.

Step 1: Enter Architecturals module, select More.
- Click on Procedures.
Step 2: Click on Edit icon for the Procedure you wish to change.
- This page allows you to set up information that will be visible in the project details drawer within Smartwebs.
- This information can act as a quick reference for architectural board/committee members during review, discussion and voting for a project.
Step 3: Fill out information in the text box.
- Click Save.
