Arc CCR Articles and Project Types

User Guide for managing Smartwebs Architectural CCRs, and creating Project Types to be used by the ARC module.

To get to the CCR's section of the site, ensure you are in the association whose CCR's you want to edit, and then select Settings > Manage > Association > CCRs

  • Once there, ensure that you are in the Architecturals tab of the CCR section of the site, as Violations CCR's will also show here in their own tab.

CCR Article Quick Process

Here we will quickly go over creating new CCR Articles for the Arcetectural Module 

 

Step 1

In the top right of the Architecturals section of the CCRs page, select "CCR Article Title" under the View By filter.

Step 2

Select "New CCR Article"

Step 3 - Article Information

In the popup that just appeared, fill in the Article information text fields shown. 

 

CCR Title is Required, however the Article and CCR Text is optional

  • Note that changes made to these CCR articles will not be reflected in existing ARC projects, but will only affect newly created projects after saved.
  • These articles can also be used by the Violations Module, so if they are linked, changes made in one will apply them to the subcategory, and project type that both use them.

Step 4 - Link the CCR article to a Project Type

For a project type to use the CCR Article, they must first be linked together

 

Select "Modify" and then you can select the project type this article links to

Step 5 - Save and Complete

Once you are done making changes, press the "Save" button at the top right of the popup.

  • That will save the article and apply it to the selected project types, for future ARC project requests to pull from.
