The Smartwebs Approval Engine isn't required for the Payabli integration, however, we highly recommend and encourage this.\n\nStep 3: Payout Sent to Payabli\n\nOnce approved for payment, the payout information is sent from Smartwebs to Payabli.\n\nStep 4: Payabli Processes the Payment\n\nPayabli processes the payout based on the vendor's payment information and the payment method available for that vendor. To see if a vendor was paid via Payabli, you'll open the drawer and look for the 3rd Party Payment checkbox above the method.\n\nStep 5: Vendor Receives Payment\n\nThe vendor receives the payment through the selected payment method.\n\nImportant: Smartwebs is the system where the AP invoice and accounting information are maintained.
