User Guide - How to Disable a User

This guide will review how to disable a user account in Smartwebs

Navigation

Select the user's association that you want to remove, then go to Settings > Manage > Association > Association Users

Step 1

Search for the user using the search field in the top left of the user management page, then when you see them, select the user in the results below

  • You can choose to search by Last Name, Email, or Username

 

Step 2

In the profile popup, scroll down to near the bottom, and choose "remove from all associations and disable user" 

  • You can also select the blue house icon "associations" in the top right of that window to quickly take you to the user's association list.

 

Confirm and Save

After selecting the button, a confirmation popup should appear to ensure you do want the user to be removed from all associations and made inactive. Select yes and then save.
