User Guide - Copying Violation CCRs and CTAs
This guide will cover how to apply CCRs and CTAs within the Violations module to other subcategories and across associations.
Apply to all other Associations (CTAs only)
This section will cover how to apply the CTA title and text to all other associations.
- Click the edit icon next to the subcategory we want to copy FROM
- Click on the Call to Action tab
- Scroll down until you see "Apply CRA title and text to other Associations)
- Click on Modify
- Choose between "Copy to all missing" or "Copy & Override all"
- Copy to all missing: Will copy the CTA information to all associations that do not already have CTA information for that same subcategory
- Copy & Override all: Will copy the CTA information to all associations and replace any CTA information they already had for that same subcategory
NOTE: This feature will not update any inactive subcategories in other associations. If you see an association has not been updated, check to see if the subcategory is marked as inactive.
- Save

- Click on the Call to Action or CCR Article Tab
- Scroll down until you see "Apply CTA title and text to other subcategories" or "Apply CCR Article info to other subcategories"
