Receivables - Deposits and Payments

The default filter now displays the most recent 30 days, allowing users to more efficiently review the newest activity.

Receivables – Statements Date Filtering

Additional date filtering is now available in Receivables > Statements, for Items Printed and Emailed, and Items Deleted.

Move-Out Process Enhancement

The Move-Out process has been enhanced to provide users the option to move a tenant out when the primary owner moves, promoting efficient occupancy updates.

Communications

Payment Notification Preferences

The "General" Note Type which can be configured for Resident Message Routing in Unit > More > Note Types, is no longer associated with Payment Notifications since these are only relevant to the Resident making the payment.

This prevents these types of messages from routing to Property Managers and other Admin roles who receive messages sent to the General note type, and showing in their New Messages bubble.

A new Board Hearing Report provides users with a dedicated way to view and report on Board Hearing Events created and/or scheduled in Smartwebs.
