AccountingFacilitate Maximum Late Fee / Interest Charge Users may now define a maximum “Not to Exceed” amount for late fees and interest charges within Collections > Late Fee or Interest Charge Setup. This facilitates system applied percentage-based calculations without exceeding the capped amount as defined by governing policies. |

Exporting Printed and Emailed Collection Letters Users can now export filtered Collection letter data in PDF or Excel formats within Receivables > Collections > Print > Items Printed and Emailed view, enabling efficient, download or sharing of data within desired date range filters. |

Accounts Payable Check Template In Settings > General Options, Users may now choose between two distinct return address formats for AP Checks: to include or exclude C/O [Management Company]. |

Adjustment and Invoice Journal Entries Users may now view the notes they have added to Adjustment and Invoice journal entries on the main Journal Entry screen, as well as in the PDF and Excel exports. This enables easier reference and eliminates the need to manually add notes to the Excel export. |

Legal Status Options In Manage > Company > Owner Statuses, Users may now define the Process Type on their Late Fee/Interest process to set legal status options restricting Owner Accounts from being charged Late Fees and/or Interest, respectively. |

Manual Check Option in Payables In Payables > Payments > Make a Payment, Users can now add a new check type: Manual Check to recognize checks issued outside of Smartwebs Accounting. These checks will be recognized on the Check Register Report. |

Recurring Charge Report A new Recurring Charge report shows the Total charges Per Unit and breakdown of Recurring Charges assigned to a Unit, with the ability to filter by Homeowner Group, Tag, Charge Code, and Amount. |

CommunicationsRequire One Preference At least one communication type is required in Communications > Notification Settings, with Paper set as the default for new units since an address is required to create the unit. ViolationsViolation/Fine Policy Information Merge Field A new <<violation_information>> merge field has been added with an extended character limit, allowing Management to include required Fine or Violation policy information on letters beyond the limitations of a standard merge field. This field is configurable at the association level under Violations > More > Violation Options > Association Options. |
