Do all partners support automated lockbox processing? Yes! All four of our current bank integration partners support lockbox processing.
Which banks offer resident portal payments? First Citizens Bank, SmartStreet and Western Alliance all offer resident portal payments through Smartwebs. For associations who bank with Columbia Bank, we recommend using Zego, our third party payment processer to collect funds.
